Week of the Young Child was enjoyed by all.

The Indian Hill students enjoyed several activities during the Week of the Young Child. Grandparents Day, A Reptile show, a visit from the Cook County Canine Unit and the Farm Trip were some of the favorites. Indian Hill and Chippewa students also sponsored a food drive for the Worth Township Food Pantry. The Week of the Young Child is an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The purpose of the Week is to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families. We are reaching out to the community and asking families and residents to contact our state legislators and urge them to mandate and fund Preschool for All. You can leave a message on Attorney General, Lisa Madigan's Home Page.
